Meditation Classes

At ‘Meditations on the Bellarine’ there is an understanding of how hard it is to switch off from our own minds.

We will encourage you to listen to what you need and be supported in finding strategies that work best for you.

‘Meditation on the Bellarine’ is an intimate and nurturing environment where there is an understanding that we are all unique and have different needs.

All Meditation classes are held in a sheltered garden setting.

Classes are small to encourage an intimate and nurturing experience.

Calming background music composed by Chris Collins.

Jeannie
